1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via email.
2. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Sale or used items are not eligible.
3. How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, email us at zaibiattock@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
