Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened, used, or damaged items.

Sale, clearance, or discounted products.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at zaibiattock@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return request is approved, we’ll send you complete return instructions.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at zaibiattock@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
You may return your product (if eligible) and place a new order for your desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days.
For COD Orders:
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.
For Online/Card Payments:
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at zaibiattock@gmail.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
